Cancel orders
Right of withdrawal
In the Netherlands, a statutory 14-business day cooling-off period applies. Within this period, you can cancel (and/or return) your order without giving a reason. You can do so by sending us written notice (an email to info@daxmagic.nl is sufficient). If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we will assume you do not wish to cancel.

Returning orders
There are a number of rules regarding returns:
- All opened or used products are excluded from return
- Only possible within the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Only a refund of the purchase value, incl. shipping costs, but excl. return shipping costs and payment fees
